About Me

Hi, I am Amy - founder and coach behind Perform 365 Fitness.

I believe fitness should support your life - not take it over.

​I work with people who want to feel stronger. more confident, and more capable in their bodies -without extreme plans, all-or-nothing routines, or constantly starting over. My approach is simple - train with purpose, build habits that last, and focus on progress over perfection. 

As well as being a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, I hold a BSc (Hons) degree in Physical Education & Youth Sport, alongside a range of coaching qualifications including equestrian coaching. I compete internationally in showjumping, as well as Hyrox and Hybrid events, which has given me a deep, first-hand understanding of the physical and mental demands training places on the body. 

 

Outside of coaching, we run a farm at home and two other businesses, so I genuinely understand how busy, physically demanding and unpredictable life can be. That lived experience shapes how I coach - realistic plans, flexible structure, and training that supports your life rather than adding pressure to it.

 

I know first hand that consistency doesn't come from motivation alone. It comes from having the right structure - and someone in your corner when life gets busy.
